I have entered a Listing ID that I saw on a AVPP.COM sign at a property, however I get a Listing not found message. What’s wrong?

There are two possibilities. First, the owner has sold the property and removed the listing from AVPP.COM Second, the property listing may have expired and the owner did not renew the service. In any case, if you think you may have written down the Listing ID incorrectly, try using the Search Properties page to see if you can locate the property without the Listing ID.

Probably not. In order to ensure the quality of our web site, we review all photographs submitted. It is our aim to review all photographs within 1 working day. If you still have a problem after 1 day, please email us at help. Be sure to mention your Listing ID, your name and the date that you created the listing.

First, use the Search Properties page to find your property and make a note of the Listing ID. Then use the “Forgot your password” section of the Modify Listing Logon page, and we will send your password.

I am worried about the use of my email address. How do you use this?

A. |
Your email address is stored in our system. It is not displayed to users of the AVPP.COM. When someone wants to contact you by email, they are presented with a form that they fill out. The details on this form are then placed in an email and sent to you by AVPP.COM.

When I print some pages on your site, some of the text on the right side is missing. What should I do?

There are several possibilities to deal with this. The two most common are:
1) When you go to Print, look around in the Print dialogue box (possibly from a Properties… button) for an option to “scale to fit”. If you have this, try selecting it and printing. Note that not all printers have this option.
2) While on the page you want to print, select all the text using the mouse. Then select Edit, Copy from your browser menu. Go into any word processor or text editor and select Edit, Paste. Then print using your word processor.

I don’t have an email address, which is required to create a listing – what should I do?

The best solution is to sign up for a free email address. There are many services available, two of the more popular being Yahoo (www.yahoo.com) and Hotmail (www.hotmail.com). If you don’t have frequent access to the Internet and email, you can still create a listing. In the email field, type “noemail@AVPP.com” (without the quotes). This way, your listing will be created, but you will not receive email enquiries. People can still see your property and contact you by telephone.
